PROJECT INFORMATION

Our team of architects has been working with Central Michigan University over recent years as they continually update their facilities.
Complete renovation of the 109,000 s.f. Anspach Hall consisted of improving the
building's ADA compliance, roofing replacement, substantial finish upgrades including doors, hardware, flooring, ceilings, and wall finishes, and intensive upgrades to both the mechanical and electrical systems. New additions include an ADA compliant
west entry with canopy and landscaping,
and a 3,200 square foot, two-story addition to house a new student lounge and office suite. The new additions also serve to provide a much improved circulation path through the first floor.

Other projects completed by our firm include remodeling of the Park Library Writing Center, Health Professions Buildings, Quiznos Subs and Freshens Energy Zone, Rowe Hall, and Merrill Dining Hall.
A barrier free review addressed Foust Hall, while renovations were completed on Wightman Hall and Carey Residential Restaurants.
