PROJECT INFORMATION

WTA completed construction documents for additions and renovations to the district’s buildings.

​

The firm prepared a bond application and worked with the district to successfully promote and pass the 2015 millage.

​

The $12.5 million bond program provided the district with needed repairs and upgrades 
to their buildings that included new mechanical systems, classrooms, parking and playgrounds, athletic facilities, and a new auditorium/cafeteria connecting the middle and high schools.

The projects also include upgrades to the Caro Community Pool, which was originally designed by WTA in the late 1970s.
