With a 36 CFR 61 Designation in Historic Preservation, Ken possesses a deep understanding of preserving and restoring historical buildings to ensure their continued legacy. Since joining WTA in 1984, he has been an integral part of our team, leveraging his expertise in masonry restoration and forensic investigation of building envelopes and water infiltration remediation.


From complete envelope restoration to meticulous building renovations, Ken's hands-on experience and technical acumen and impressive wealth of knowledge in diverse construction techniques make him a highly sought-after professional in the field. He excels in developing comprehensive construction documents that guide the restoration process and deliver remarkable results. Ken has provided valuable insights on the best measures to safeguard and preserve the longevity of historic landmarks, ensuring their continued cultural and architectural significance.
