Paul is a seasoned architect with a deep passion for innovative design and sustainable practices. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its architectural vision and now serves as President. His expertise spans the full spectrum of the architectural process—including planning, programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration—bringing a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to every project.

Guided by a commitment to organic and holistic design, Paul focuses on creating architecture that harmonizes the built environment with nature. He shares his knowledge to inspire others to embrace design practices that connect people with architecture that uplifts and engages.

He earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1996, followed by a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan in 1998. In 2003, Paul became a registered architect in Michigan, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted and accomplished professional in the region.

Paul’s professional involvement underscores his dedication to advancing architecture. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the U.S. Green Building Council, and in 2023 served as President of AIA Michigan, driving initiatives to elevate professional standards and design excellence.

Beyond the firm, Paul is deeply committed to community service. He is active in his church, a dedicated member of the Rotary Club, and a contributor to Catalyst Midland—supporting initiatives that foster meaningful and positive change in the community.
