MASTER PLANS
WTA can develop a master plan for your project that makes the connection between a building, the social setting, and the surrounding environment. A master plan includes analysis, recommendations, and proposals for a site’s population, economy, housing, transportation, community facilities, and land use.

SITE SELECTION & PLANNING
Perhaps the most important aspect of development is selecting an appropriate site for the type of development that is proposed. Just because a site can be bought or leased does not mean it is necessarily suitable for development. Carefully considering how well the features of the site match the needs of the proposed development can save time and expense in the future. Careful site selection can help a developer to identify what expenses are likely to be associated with the development.

BUDGET MODELING
Continuous cost modeling is especially crucial when budget plays a large role in the construction of a facility such as an educational building. With the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), continuous cost modeling allows for a much more dynamic and collaborative process. BIM provides digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places in order to more efficiently plan, design, and construct structures.
